About the Role
We are recruiting an experienced Registered Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of children’s residential homes.
You will lead the service, ensuring high standards of care, safeguarding, and compliance, while creating a safe and supportive environment for young people.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead daily operations in line with Ofsted standards
- Manage staff teams, rotas, and performance
- Act as safeguarding lead and oversee care planning
- Ensure compliance, reporting, and inspection readiness
- Monitor outcomes and drive service improvement
- Build relationships with local authorities and external professionals
- Participate in on-call and provide out-of-hours support
Requirements
- Experience managing or leading children’s residential homes
- Strong knowledge of Children’s Homes Regulations and Ofsted frameworks
- Experience in safeguarding, staff leadership, and service improvement
- Strong communication and organisational skills
