Salary: £36,505 – £45,513 per annum

About the Role

We are recruiting a Registered Manager to lead a 4-bed children’s residential home supporting young people with emotional and behavioural difficulties (EBD).

You will be responsible for leading the staff team and overseeing the day-to-day running of the home, ensuring high standards of care, safeguarding, and compliance with regulations.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the day-to-day operations of the home
• Maintain high standards of care and safeguarding
• Ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and regulations
• Work closely with children, families, and external professionals
• Provide leadership and support to the staff team

Requirements

• Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care (or working towards) or Social Work Degree
• Minimum 2 years’ experience managing or supervising staff
• Experience within a residential care setting
• Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills
• Understanding of safeguarding and child protection
• Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
• Ability to work flexibly and participate in an on-call rota
